Safety and Security Supply Chain Design: Reviewing existing supply chain practices against detailed security and safety standards to ensure full compliance with domestic and international standards, including information, documentation and chain of custody requirements. Designing optimal solutions to respond to operational challenges.


4. Oversight and Enforcement Design Services: Supporting public sector and private sector management in ensuring that the lines of accountability are well established and that management is receiving the right assurance of safety and security in a timely manner.
