A System for Canada’s Air Cargo

Our client needed to respond to changing international and domestic requirements from industry, international partners and the travelling public to ensure that cargo travelling by air conformed to ICAO, Canadian and transborder standards.

THSG was asked to work with senior management to develop design and ultimately implement a comprehensive air cargo security regime including policy development, funding, and partnership.

The resulting transportation design was built on a full review of existing best practices as they related to the Canadian environment. Today, the client’s vision of Air Cargo Security is a foundational piece internationally, used both at ICAO and in the development of similar regimes around the world.
