Our client needed to design and implement a complex infrastructure policy framework to respond to critical infrastructure design needs implicating transportation, information, health, security and emergency response.

THSG was engaged to conduct a series of town hall meetings with private and public, federal provincial and territorial agencies across Canada to identify best practices and to develop emergency response protocols responding to critical infrastructure threats.
