Our client needed to ensure that personal health information was, in certain circumstances shared between public health agencies which gave rise to serious challenges related to privacy, an information sharing standards.

THSG was engaged to develop common protocols, information sharing agreements and facilitated policy development related to iinteroperable public health legislation. THSG coordinated and chaired presentations on Public Health Law with members of the Canadian Judiciary and participated in Public Health Law Information Network teleconferences.
