International Regulation
Ourclient was responsible to provide national Public Health leadership in a complex environment of Federal, Provincial, Territorial and Municipal regulatory programs and processes. Arising out of the SARS event, this organization was created to guide and develop national standards, policies and practices that responded to domestic public health concerns as well as adopting the best practices from international bodies.
THSG was engaged to examine and advise on the ideal model for the development of a regulatory regime that allowed for a national standard to which all parties could adhere and support which at the same time respected the evolving rules standards and practices of the World Health Organization through its International Health Regulations.
