Evaluation Design
Our client was challenged to design, deliver and implement a complex evaluation program on behalf of a series of new federal initiatives.
THSG was engaged to design the frameworks for the evaluations but also to develop an evaluation framework for the function itself, consistent with Treasury Board evaluation policy guidance and the revised Program Alignment Architecture.
