Our client had just devised a new framework for how to explain to Canadians what were the directions for the employment equity program. They needed to supplement the directions with measurements in order to demonstrate in concrete terms the value of their program directions.
THSG was engaged to develop a comprehensive set of performance metrics, data sources and integrate these with the overall Branch directions as well as with the full Commission to ensure meaningful quantitative and qualitative measures were in place.
