Our client had determined to refocus its services on the changing needs of an evolving client base. Client needs were moving from individuals to families, with different needs and services.

THSG was engaged to review service delivery models, and propose the model that continued the service standard as well as enhanced the services provided to the evolving client base. This meant a reorganization and realignment, changing reporting relationships and introducing a collaborative decision making process. The organization was no longer an impediment to service delivery but an enabler. Form followed function.
